       Companions, having a healthy body are everyone's expectations. But a healthy lifestyle is a difficult thing in today's practice. Density of activity, too much smoking and lack of exercise is the main thing to be a barrier for you to get a step healthy body.
       Calm down friend, actually a healthy body you can get by undergoing some healthy living tips that I will give. Please see, may be useful for you:
 
1. Mineral water
Mineral water is better than another drink. Various benefits of mineral water which dissolves the food, vitamins and minerals that are useful in the process of digestion in the human body, neutralize toxins from all parts of the body and then took it to the liver and kidneys for disposal, and prevent blood clotting when it circulated throughout the body. It is advisable to drink at least 8 glasses of mineral water per day. So the body more healthy fit and avoids the various health problems.
 
2. Sports
Regular exercise makes your body healthy and fit throughout the day and can be protected from diseases such as stroke, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, etc. You can start it in the morning for morning exercise such as walking, running or cycling. Regular exercise is proven to maintain ideal body shape and healthy.
 
3. Vegetables and fruit
Consuming fruits and vegetables is very beneficial for your body. Various fruits such as mango, orange, papaya, etc and various vegetables such as kale, spinach, collards, etc. is a natural source of vitamins and fiber for your body.
 
4. Breathe Clean Air

5. Stop smoking

6. Sleeping
